Our staff are chosen because of their demonstrated ability as care providers.
Nova Salus maintains a high degree of selectivity with regard to our care team, and require education, experience and rigid screening to ensure client safety. All our our care providers undergo a criminal record check, a child abuse registry check and a vulnerable persons sector screen.
All staff are first aid and UMAB/NVCI trained, and we are constantly engaging in professional development and skills training. The care we provide is fully insured, as we carry general liability, abuse and medical coverage for all of our staff.
Clients of Nova Salus are given access to the staff screening documents on request.
It provides documentation of the most up to date staff screening procedures, criminal record checks, child abuse registry screening, and vulnerable person sector checks.
